What is FurBabies & Friends cancellation policy?
Dog Training, Dog Walking, Dog Grooming and Other Services Cancellation Policy
* Scheduled services that cancel or no-show within a 24 hour window will pay 100% of the appointment charge
* Rescheduling fee required for extra trips if a customer no-shows
* If extenuating circumstances arise, reach out to discuss and be prepared to show proof/evidence
General Pet Sitting & Boarding Cancellation Policy
* Payment for 25%-75% of invoice is due at time of booking based on service start date and congruent to cancellation schedule.
* Furthermore, any reduction in service during a stay will be charged in full

* In the event extenuating circumstances arise, a discussion and proof/evidence may be requested/required
* Lastly, it's important to note, a verified booking or appointment may mean other customers are not able to be serviced. Nevertheless, this policy is necessary to protect the dog walkers and pet sitters from financial loss due to cancellation
Non-Holiday Cancellation Timing for Pet Sitting and Dog Boarding
* 2 weeks or less prior to service start is a 25% charge of total invoice
* 1 week prior to service start is a 50% charge of the total invoice
* 1-3 days prior to service start is a 75% charge of the total invoice
* Within 24 hours prior to service start requires full payment of invoice.
