One of FurBabies & Friends most asked questions is about what forms of payments we accept and can be found on our FAQ page.
How do you accept payment?
Invoices are sent weekly through QuickBooks, allowing secure payment through your bank.

Final payments are due within 7 days of the invoice due date.

Please note, payments not made within the 7 days will accrue a 5% interest charge on the total bill daily until paid in full.

What is FurBabies & Friends cancellation policy?
Dog Training, Dog Walking, Dog Grooming and Other Services Cancellation Policy
*  Scheduled services that cancel or no-show within a 24 hour window will pay 100% of the appointment charge
*  Rescheduling fee required for extra trips if a customer no-shows
*  If extenuating circumstances arise, reach out to discuss and be prepared to show proof/evidence
General Pet Sitting & Boarding Cancellation Policy
*  Payment for 25%-75% of invoice is due at time of booking based on service start date and congruent to cancellation schedule.
*  Furthermore, any reduction in service during a stay will be charged in full

*  In the event extenuating circumstances arise, a discussion and proof/evidence may be requested/required
*  Lastly, it's important to note, a verified booking or appointment may mean other customers are not able to be serviced.  Nevertheless, this policy is necessary to protect the dog walkers and pet sitters from financial loss due to cancellation
Non-Holiday Cancellation Timing for Pet Sitting and Dog Boarding
*  2 weeks or less prior to service start is a 25% charge of total invoice
*  1 week prior to service start is a 50% charge of the total invoice
*  1-3 days prior to service start is a 75% charge of the total invoice
*  Within 24 hours prior to service start requires full payment of invoice.

Which days are considered Holiday's and what is the cancellation policy for holidays?
FurBabies & Friends Observed Holiday's and Fees:

*  Holiday Fees apply to 3 days: the day before, day of & the day after a holiday.
*  Observed Holidays Include:  New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Holiday Cancellation Timing - Pet Sitting and Dog Boarding
*  4 weeks or less prior to service start is a 25% charge of the total invoice
*  2 weeks or less prior to service start is a 50% charge of the total invoice
*  1 week prior to service start is a 75% charge of the total invoice
*  Cancellation of a holiday service within two weeks of the service start date will require payment for the entire service charge.
Are there any additional fees or information regarding the holidays?  If so what are they?
*  Dog Training NOT Available During Holiday's

*  Short term daily visits such as Dog Walking, Drop In Visits, and Potty Breaks have a $15 holiday fee per visit

*  Overnight Pet Sitting $25-$50 per day

*  Dog Boarding and Grooming $20 a day

*  FurBaby Wedding Attendant $50 per Day
I live outside your service area, can I still request service?
ABSOLUTELY!

First and foremost, if you're in need of pet care and are unable to find someone trustworthy or dependable, we may be able to help.  We will discuss extra fees based on travel time on top of regular fees to meet your needs.
Do you have any dogs or pets for sale or rescue?
FurBabies & Friends is NOT a rescue organization or a 501c3.  With that said, we are unable to help with any animal surrenders, re-homing or purchase/adoption requests.

FurBabies & Friends is a for profit and by appointment only pet care service provider in the Phoenix, Arizona, North and West Valley.

Important to note, while we do offer services at the business address, including dog grooming and boarding, the address is a private residence.  Dogs at the business address location are either clients pets or the owners own personal pets.  Nevertheless, no animals are available for purchase.  

Please be respectful of the property and business by making a service appointment ahead of time.  Do not come to the front door or ring the doorbell unexpectedly as it creates chaos for the canine and human residents.
