What is your standard cancellation policy?
Dog Training, Exercise, Grooming and Other Services Cancellation Policy
* Any cancels/no shows within 24 hours receives a 50% refund
* Rescheduling fee required for extra trips for no shows
* If extenuating circumstances arise, reach out to discuss and be prepared to show proof/evidence
General Pet Sitting & Boarding Cancellation Policies
* A payment for 25%-75% of invoice is due at time of booking based on service start date
* Furthermore, any reduction in service during a stay will be charged in full; however, changes can be made to the service without penalty 1 week in advance within reason
* In the event there are extenuating circumstances we will discuss and proof/evidence may be requested/required
* Lastly, it's important to note, that when you book a service time frame, other customers are turned down for service, thus this policy is necessary to protect employees from financial loss due to cancellation
Non-Holiday Cancellation Timing
* 2 weeks or less prior to service start is a 75% refund of total invoice
* 1 week prior to service start is a 50% refund of total invoice
* 1-3 days prior to service start is a 25% refund of total invoice
* Within 24 hours prior to service start owes full invoice amount
