One of FurBabies & Friends most asked questions is about what forms of payments we accept and can be found on our FAQ page.
How do you accept payment?
Upon completion of service, Quickbooks securely sends invoices.

Next, final payments are due within 7 days of the invoice due date.

Finally, payments not made within the 7 days will accrue a 5% interest charge every day until paid in full.

What is your standard cancellation policy?
Dog Training, Exercise, Grooming and Other Services Cancellation Policy
*  Any cancels/no shows within 24 hours receives a 50% refund
*  Rescheduling fee required for extra trips for no shows
*  If extenuating circumstances arise, reach out to discuss and be prepared to show proof/evidence
General Pet Sitting & Boarding Cancellation Policies
*  A payment for 25%-75% of invoice is due at time of booking based on service start date
*  Furthermore, any reduction in service during a stay will be charged in full; however, changes can be made to the service without penalty 1 week in advance within reason
*  In the event there are extenuating circumstances we will discuss and proof/evidence may be requested/required
*  Lastly, it's important to note, that when you book a service time frame, other customers are turned down for service, thus this policy is necessary to protect employees from financial loss due to cancellation
Non-Holiday Cancellation Timing
*  2 weeks or less prior to service start is a 75% refund of total invoice
*  1 week prior to service start is a 50% refund of total invoice
*  1-3 days prior to service start is a 25% refund of total invoice
*  Within 24 hours prior to service start owes full invoice amount

Which days are considered Holiday's and what is the cancellation policy for holidays?
Here Are the Actual Holiday's Observed

*  Holiday Fees apply to 3 days: the day before, day of & the day after a holiday.
*  Observed Holidays Include:  New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Cancellation Timing & Charges For Holidays

*  4 weeks or less prior to service start is a 75% refund of total invoice
*  Less than 2 weeks to service start is a 50% refund of total invoice
*  Within 1 week to service start is a 25% refund of total invoice
*  Total invoice to paid in full if 2 week’s or less notice is provided
Are there any additional fees for holidays?  If so what are they?
*  Dog Training NOT Available During Holiday's

*  Dog Walking, Drop Ins, Potty Breaks and Other Services Holiday Fee is $5 a Session

*  Overnight Pet Sitting, Dog Boarding, & Dog Grooming Holiday Fee is $10 a Day

*  FurBaby Wedding Attendant $50 per Day

First and foremost, if you're in need of pet care and are unable to find someone trustworthy or dependable, we may be able to help.  We will discuss extra fees based on travel time on top of regular fees to meet your needs.
