We have been extremely happy customers of FurBabies & Friends for well over 4 years. Kristie is a wonderful person and business owner. Kristie has always come through for us and enabled us to frequently vacation and/or assist our out of town family.
Not only have Kristie’s pet sitters been great with our dogs, they are genuinely lovely people. I can’t count how many times they have made us happy by taking care of our dogs and our home with the greatest of care.

We have been bringing our golden retriever, Madden, to Furbabies and Friends for years, and we are always so pleased with the care he receives. Kristie, the owner, is absolutely wonderful with him.
Madden is an older golden retriever and can definitely be a little demanding, but Kristie is always patient, attentive, and takes such great care of him. He is genuinely excited every time he sees her and is always so happy to go in for his “spa day.”
It gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing Madden is with someone we trust and who clearly cares about him. We highly recommend Kristie and Furbabies and Friends!

I had to leave this review for the entire fur baby team! They are by far the best pat care team we have ever used! From the price to the time shared to the extra care they take. We have four cats. Everyday received a text that they arrived. After service and sitting. A summary of work done. Followed by multi and personal pics of each pet sent daily. Such a great part of lleaving them is being able to

We had such a great experience with FurBabies & Friends! Kristie and her staff are super friendly, professional and put our minds at ease. It was obvious they cared about our pets and took the time to update us on how they were doing and also what they had been up to while we were away. We really appreciated how easy and reassuring they made the whole experience. We’d definitely use them again and recommend them to to others.
Kristie and her team are fabulous. Kristie’s ability to immediately bond with your dog is amazing and her training techniques work! I also hired her team to walk my dog when I had an injury. Vanessa was so helpful just not walking my dog but helped bring in garbage bins and even replace a water job. She treated my dog as if she were her own. I highly recommend Fur Babies and Friends.
Still the best trainer and groomer for our Alusky. Kristie is amazing.

My dog Jack is a rescue. He was aggressive and nervous around other dogs making it very difficult to take him on walks. After attending the sessions with Kristie, I can now confidently take him on walks, and enjoy doing so, as he has become much more calm when seeing other dogs. I took the private class in addition to the regular sessions. The sessions and classes helped me learn how to properly lead my dog, and encourage good behavior. Thank you Kristie!!
Dealing with an insecure dog who is leash reactive was very overwhelming and exhausting. Finding Kristie was a God sent. She has worked with me and Kane (dog) walking with us and teaching me proper techniques with Kane. This has built up my confidence and leadership so Kane will feel more secure. We have ups and downs on our walks but I take little wins in this battle of learned behavior. This is not a flip of a switch and he is cured but a work in progress. Kristie also worked with my working schedule and we watched out for overly hot days.
Kristie is amazing and you can see the love she has for dogs. Not only is she patient with the dogs but the owners as well. I used to struggle walking either of our dogs using both hands. Now I can walk either of them one handed. They are 72 and 76 lbs so you can imagine my excitement not being taken for a walk by them. If you are looking for a compassionate yet firm, knowledgeable trainer, she's the one to call.
Kristie is absolutely amazing! We recently brought our first puppy into the house and were struggling in every way. We have now completed 2 of our 3 puppy in-home training sessions with Kristie and Yeti is turning into such a wonderful girl. I cannot recommend Kristie enough!! She is so patient teaching us how to be better puppy parents and to help Yeti become a well mannered pup. We couldn't be more thrilled with the progress so far. We are so relieved to find someone that Yeti and we love to help us navigate training!!
Kristie is amazing ! She turned our crazy puppy into a well behaved sweetheart. She took extra time with our Sammi and we are still reaping the benefits. Thank you again Kristie!!

They are caring, conscientious, dependable, knowledgeable, excellent communicators, and highly adaptable (we could go on and on). Their passion for pets and their care shines through. They tailor pet care to our pet needs, including their food, water, and medications. (They even refresh the much-needed outdoor water dishes for visiting yardbirds and wild bunnies.) From the very start, wonderful Kristie and our amazing pet sitter Michelle, did a thorough job getting to know my pets' needs. They completed a meet & greet at my home and walked through my dog's and cats' daily routine, their tendencies, where everything is located, and reviewed all aspects of my pets' daily and nightly needs. My dog Howard, a Great Dane, was new to our home, and experiences severe separation anxiety; Kristie and Michelle left me feeling comfortable and confident that he was in good hands. On the morning of my trip, Michelle even arrived early, to ensure everyone was settled in before I left for the airport. This is just one of the many times Michelle went above and beyond, and took the stress out of leaving the new dog especially. Michelle sent texts and pictures throughout the days, giving updates on all the animals, and reassuring that Howard was happy and relaxed, and she made fast friends with my standoff-ish cats. I could see that Michelle had everything under control and my critters were well cared for. On the day I returned, my flight was delayed and re-routed, thus making my return several hours later than expected. Michelle was so dependable and committed to great service that she stayed until I got home, which again, went above and beyond what she had to do. I very highly recommend Kristie, Michelle, and FurBabies and Friends for any type of pet care service. The peace of mind they provided while I traveled was priceless.

When we got our 2nd dog Nova it was an uphill battle from the beginning. She had so much anxiety and was afraid of everyone and everything. Kristie was able to help over the years with training, walks and grooming. Looking back our dog has come so far and I'm not sure if we would have been able to make the progress we did without Kristie's help.
I've had both my puppers go through dog training with FurBabies &Friends and it was great. We also have them come twice a week to get our kiddos out on a walk. I would recommend them every time im asked.
My wife and I have been very impressed. originally rescued a Brittany in Sept 2023. Rueben was almost a year old and crate trained, so that was no issue in my continuing to work a hybrid schedule working from home and at the office. Then we rescued our puppy Opal in December and life got a lot more complicated. I located Kristi through Yelp and she initially did an in-home site visit and provided me with all of the necessary insurance documentation on her end. I have someone come in 2-4 times a week for an hour each visit to give the dogs sufficient out of crate time. Everyone from Kristi's crew have been great. They text me when they arrive and when they leave, along with pics from their visit and a short summary of their stay. We also just hired Kristi for some in-home training for Rueben, who is a hard puller when walking and a counter surfer. It's evident just in spending 10 minutes with Kristi that she knows what she is talking about. She's been providing invaluable advice and pointers. Rueben is a challenge, but I'm confident if we follow her training we'll have Rueben behaving his best.
Most excellent pet service around!! We started when during a walk, my husband fell and twisted his ankle. They were fast and reliable to take over. Our dog, Dex absolutely loves all the walkers. That alone tells me they all treat him as there oWe have been using this great service for almost 2 yrs!!

As a someone new to the area I was looking for someone to groom my very dirty lab and Kristi made room in her schedule very quickly. She managed to get the excessive amount of shedding under control and my dog loved her! He looks and smells wonderful! We will be back!
Kristie and FurBabies helped save us and our relationship with our 5 month old mini Aussie Shepard. Our dog had so much energy we could barely cope and the heat of summer made it almost impossible. We were living separate lives with her and the cat. Kristie is the ultimate problem solver. She instinctively looks for a way to make things work better. Like how to get her into the pool when she was too short for that first step and Afraid. Kristie has so many programs available and able to figure out exactly what you need. Our baby is now a pleasure to be around instead of a huge burden. And the dig and cat reslly adore each other now. We LOVE Kristie! We know we’ll never get another dog without her by our side.

As a someone new to the area I was looking for someone to groom my very dirty lab and Kristi made room in her schedule very quickly. She managed to get the excessive amount of shedding under control and my dog loved her! He looks and smells wonderful! We will be back!

FurBabies & Friends has been awesome to work with. The owner, Kristie, is easy to work with and communicates very well. For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!
I can’t say enough about how much Kristie helped us with our Australian shepherd, boomer, who was very protective around our house and sometimes aggressive towards people on our premises She gave us so many new techniques to implement to take more of a leadership approach and things to do to lessen his property protection instincts. It really changes our lives and can now safely have people over to our house!

It's been a huge relief having Fur Babies & Friends for our 2 dogs and 4 cats any time we're out of town. We just returned from our third trip hiring them and I swear there was some disappointment from my dogs that it wasn't Vanessa, Camryn, or Karen coming through the door.
Their organization and communication during visits is perfect! I always know exactly who is stopping by and when. I get photos after every visit, even of my cats who hide under beds and couches. The team is really good about reinforcing behaviors and routines with our high-energy dogs and making the most of their visit time.
We will happily be in touch for all our future trips!

I had to leave this review for the entire fur baby team! They are by far the best pat care team we have ever used! From the price to the time shared to the extra care they take. We have four cats. Everyday received a text that they arrived. After service and sitting. A summary of work done. Followed by multi and personal pics of each pet sent daily. Such a great part of lleaving them is being able to

We had such a great experience with FurBabies & Friends! Kristie and her staff are super friendly, professional and put our minds at ease. It was obvious they cared about our pets and took the time to update us on how they were doing and also what they had been up to while we were away. We really appreciated how easy and reassuring they made the whole experience. We’d definitely use them again and recommend them to to others.
Kristie and her team are fabulous. Kristie’s ability to immediately bond with your dog is amazing and her training techniques work! I also hired her team to walk my dog when I had an injury. Vanessa was so helpful just not walking my dog but helped bring in garbage bins and even replace a water job. She treated my dog as if she were her own. I highly recommend Fur Babies and Friends.
Still the best trainer and groomer for our Alusky. Kristie is amazing.
When we got our 2nd dog Nova it was an uphill battle from the beginning. She had so much anxiety and was afraid of everyone and everything. Kristie was able to help over the years with training, walks and grooming. Looking back our dog has come so far and I'm not sure if we would have been able to make the progress we did without Kristie's help.
We needed help with walking our big pittie mix. He's a strong guy and was dragging us around the neighborhood. Kristie helped us get this under control, so we can now have an enjoyable walking experience with our dog. While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs needed a little confidence boost, and she taught us how to work with him to strengthen this. Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. She built a positive relationship with our dogs and with us. We have enjoyed the experience and appreciate the changes in our dogs' behavior.

We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all.
She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home.
We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available.

An amazing trainer and sweetest dog sitter! I think the dog likes it better here than at home. I love that she gets treated like family when she stays over, she gets to snuggle with her favorite people and dog friends and get treats all of which she never got when she was boarded. We always feel safe leaving her and know she'll be a pooped pup when we pick her up from all the playing
We found this company while trying to find somewhere to board our cats but wanted something better and safer. The drop-in cat-sitting is great because we are able to keep our cats at home to prevent any stress or exposure to other animals, and the prices are very reasonable!! We love that with each visit we get a text and photo summary. Kristie and the team make the process so easy: we had an initial visit to go over details of our cat's care, sign paperwork, ask questions, and now we never have to worry about who will take care of them while we're away. So pleased with their service and ease of communication!
I have been using FurBabies & Friends for boarding and training for several years now, and I wouldn't trust my precious dog Rosie with anyone else! Kristie genuinely loves and cares for my dog like she is her own. She is highly knowledgeable and attentive, and I never feel anxious for a second when leaving Rosie under her care because I know she will be safe and attended to 24/7. I call her home "doggy Disneyland" because Rosie always has a blast and never wants to leave. She has been so dependable and gives me immense peace of mind knowing my dog is in responsible and attentive hands.

We LOVE Kristie and her team!! Have been her client for over five years. Our Great Pyrenees considers this his second home...tail wagging and excitement to join the other puppies. Whenever we travel, we leave our dog at Kristie's. Never have a worry. Receive daily video updates on the fun activities and interaction with the other dogs. We highly recommend this business for whatever pet need you might have. Wonderful people!!
Took my dog here twice. As stated in at least one other review, it was difficult to get a hold of the business to book. However, given the stellar ratings and comments here, I continued to attempt to contact them and was eventually successful.
I was initially apprehensive because it is run from someone's home, and I was concerned about not being able to see how clean or hygienic the location was. But the first appointment was completed by a young man. He was very friendly and respectful to work with. He communicated very well, and I appreciated his flexibility when I mentioned I was running a little behind picking our pet up between other errands. To help accommodate me he offered to drop our dog off at our home (we live under two miles away), and although I did not expect this from him, the fact that he offered and made it clear that he was happy to do it gave me such a great impression. I cannot say the same for the second appointment.
I requested to work with the same person, since he was so professional and helpful. I was told he was unavailable and proceeded to schedule with a woman whom I believe is the owner. She was far more personable over the phone than when we met face to face, which suggests a certain issue. I asked her what the duration of the appointment would be, and she gave me a timeframe that would permit me time to shop at a nearby Target and make my way back. I was just hopping into my car when she texted to say the appointment was done, so I began driving back and told her where I was and how long it would take me to arrive.
Then she called. Then she sent two more texts... I didn't appreciate this behavior because she didn't tell me what time to be back when I directly asked her in the first place. I wasn't invited to stay there while he was being groomed, so of course I fit a quick shopping errand in. That said, I still stayed close enough to be back within 15 minutes of a phone call.
I paid her via Apple Pay right away, before I arrived at her home/business to show goodwill. When I arrived, she brought my dog out from the backyard and as I was walking him to my car she said me "you're not going to pick him up? The ground is hot". A funny and confrontational thing to say when she hadn't done so herself when bringing him to me. She was quite standoffish and impolite and I'm unsure why. I chose not to return because I don't believe I was a welcome customer, and I cannot personally recommend FurBabies & Friends Glendale as a result.

My wife and I have been very impressed. originally rescued a Brittany in Sept 2023. Rueben was almost a year old and crate trained, so that was no issue in my continuing to work a hybrid schedule working from home and at the office. Then we rescued our puppy Opal in December and life got a lot more complicated. I located Kristi through Yelp and she initially did an in-home site visit and provided me with all of the necessary insurance documentation on her end. I have someone come in 2-4 times a week for an hour each visit to give the dogs sufficient out of crate time. Everyone from Kristi's crew have been great. They text me when they arrive and when they leave, along with pics from their visit and a short summary of their stay. We also just hired Kristi for some in-home training for Rueben, who is a hard puller when walking and a counter surfer. It's evident just in spending 10 minutes with Kristi that she knows what she is talking about. She's been providing invaluable advice and pointers. Rueben is a challenge, but I'm confident if we follow her training we'll have Rueben behaving his best.
Most excellent pet service around!! We started when during a walk, my husband fell and twisted his ankle. They were fast and reliable to take over. Our dog, Dex absolutely loves all the walkers. That alone tells me they all treat him as there oWe have been using this great service for almost 2 yrs!!
