Unlike traditional kennels, our dog boarding is hosted at Kristie’s home in Glendale, AZ, where large-breed dogs can relax, play, and stay safe in a supervised, loving environment. This option is perfect for pet parents who prefer not to have a sitter in their home, but still want personalized, attentive care.

We proudly provide pet sitting within 10 miles of Glendale, AZ 85308.

Requests outside this radius may incur additional travel fees

🔑 Key Pick-Up or Drop-Off

$20 per trip, if we need to pick up or return your key

📸 Real-Time Visit Updates

Each visit includes:

Non-Holiday Cancellation Timing

* 2 weeks or less prior to service start is a 25% charge or the total invoice
* 1 week prior to service start is a 50% charge of the total invoice
* 1-3 days prior to service start is a 75% charge of the total invoice
* Within 24 hours prior to service start owes payment for full invoice amount or 100%

Information on What's Considered a Holiday

* Holiday Fees apply to 3 days: the day before, day of & the day after for the following holidays:
* New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Cancellations Over Holiday

* 4 weeks or less prior to service start is a 25% charge of the total invoice
* 2 weeks or less prior to service start is a 50% charge of the total invoice
* 1 week prior to service start is a 75% charge of the total invoice
* Total invoice to paid in full if 2 weeks or less notice is provided or 100%

General Pet Sitting & Boarding Cancellation Policy

* Payment for 25%-75% of invoice is due at time of booking based on service start date
* Any reduction in service during a stay will be charged in full; however, changes can be made to the service without penalty 1 week in advance within reason (ie: coming home a day early)
* Extenuating circumstances to be discussed, proof/evidence may be requested/required
* Since our time is booked out and other customers may be turned down for service, this policy is necessary to protect employees from financial loss and to value their own commitment for service
