Holiday Information
- Holiday Fees apply to 3 days: the day before, day of & the day after for the following holidays:
- New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Dog Training, Exercise, Grooming and Other Services Cancellation Policy
- Scheduled services cancels/no shows within 24 hrs will receive 50% refund
- Rescheduling fee may be required for extra trips if customer is a no show
- Extenuating circumstances to be discuss, proof/evidence may be requested/required
General Pet Sitting & Boarding Cancellation Policies
- Payment for 25%-75% of invoice is due at time of booking based on service start date
- Any reduction in service during a stay will be charged in full; however, changes can be made to the service without penalty 1 week in advance within reason
- Extenuating circumstances to be discussed, proof/evidence may be requested/required
- As our time is booked out and other customers may be turned down for service, this policy is necessary to protect employees from financial loss
