In Home Overnight Pet Sitting

From the very start, wonderful Kristie and our amazing pet sitter Michelle, did a thorough job getting to know my pets' needs. They completed a meet & greet at my home and walked through my dog's and cats' daily routine, their tendencies, where everything is located, and reviewed all aspects of my pets' daily and nightly needs. My dog Howard, a Great Dane, was new to our home, and experiences severe separation anxiety; Kristie and Michelle left me feeling comfortable and confident that he was in good hands. On the morning of my trip, Michelle even arrived early, to ensure everyone was settled in before I left for the airport. This is just one of the many times Michelle went above and beyond, and took the stress out of leaving the new dog especially. Michelle sent texts and pictures throughout the days, giving updates on all the animals, and reassuring that Howard was happy and relaxed, and she made fast friends with my standoff-ish cats. I could see that Michelle had everything under control and my critters were well cared for. On the day I returned, my flight was delayed and re-routed, thus making my return several hours later than expected. Michelle was so dependable and committed to great service that she stayed until I got home, which again, went above and beyond what she had to do. I very highly recommend Kristie, Michelle, and FurBabies and Friends for any type of pet care service. The peace of mind they provided while I traveled was priceless.

Dog Walking, In Home Short Term Drop In Visits

FurBabiesandFriends is an amazing company! While I spent a week in Minnesota visiting family, Sarge, my GermanShepard Husky, stayed home. Sarge was comfortable in his own home and completely spoiled by his dog sitters. The dog sitters visited twice a day to feed him, play with him, and walk him. I received text messages, pictures, and videos of each visit. I truly felt at ease while on vacation knowing my dog was in such good care. FurBabies & Friends are incredible! We booked them to take care Sarge (He is a Germanshepard/Husky mix who is 10.5 years old ) Our trip was 9 days long so we wanted Sarge to be home and enjoy his own space. Kristie came to our house and met our family and Sarge. She was so personable and answered all my questions. (Sarge loved her too) Kristie then put together a schedule of who would visit each day and what time. Fast forward to the dog sitters—the team was amazing! We had a group text that we communicated with each other throughout the week. Each visit included a walk, playtime, and feeding. I was also provided with daily updates….pictures, videos, and texts about how each visit went. I am so grateful for meeting Kristie and her company. I was able to truly relax and enjoy my trip because I knew Sarge was in great hands. I highly recommend FurBabies & Friends for your upcoming pet needs

Kristie is amazing and you can see the love she has for dogs. Not only is she patient with the dogs but the owners as well. I used to struggle walking either of our dogs using both hands. Now I can walk either of them one handed. They are 72 and 76 lbs so you can imagine my excitement not being taken for a walk by them. If you are looking for a compassionate yet firm, knowledgeable trainer, she's the one to call.

My dog Jack is a rescue. He was aggressive and nervous around other dogs making it very difficult to take him on walks. After attending the sessions with Kristie, I can now confidently take him on walks, and enjoy doing so, as he has become much more calm when seeing other dogs. I took the private class in addition to the regular sessions. The sessions and classes helped me learn how to properly lead my dog, and encourage good behavior. Thank you Kristie!!

As a someone new to the area I was looking for someone to groom my very dirty lab and Kristi made room in her schedule very quickly. She managed to get the excessive amount of shedding under control and my dog loved her! He looks and smells wonderful! We will be back!

Kristie and FurBabies helped save us and our relationship with our 5 month old mini Aussie Shepard. Our dog had so much energy we could barely cope and the heat of summer made it almost impossible. We were iving separate lives with her and the cat. Kristie is the ultimate problem solver. She instinctively looks for a way to make things work better. Like how to get her into the pool when she was too short for that first step and Afraid.Kristie has so many programs available and able to figure out exactly what you need. Our baby is now a pleasure to be around instead of a huge burden. And the dig and cat reslly adore each other now. We LOVE Kristie! We know we’ll never get another dog without her by our side.

Kristie is absolutely amazing! We recently brought our first puppy into the house and were struggling in every way. We have now completed 2 of our 3 puppy in-home training sessions with Kristie and Yeti is turning into such a wonderful girl. I cannot recommend Kristie enough!! She is so patient teaching us how to be better puppy parents and to help Yeti become a well mannered pup. We couldn't be more thrilled with the progress so far. We are so relieved to find someone that Yeti and we love to help us navigate training!!

Dealing with an insecure dog who is leash reactive was very overwhelming and exhausting. Finding Kristie was a God sent. She has worked with me and Kane (dog) walking with us and teaching me proper techniques with Kane. This has built up my confidence and leadership so Kane will feel more secure. We have ups and downs on our walks but I take little wins in this battle of learned behavior. This is not a flip of a switch and he is cured but a work in progress. Kristie also worked with my working schedule and we watched out for overly hot days.
