Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. Therefore, our in-home pet sitting and limited dog boarding services follow clear policies designed to protect pets, pet parents, and our professional care team.
Service Areas for Pet Sitting
We provide pet sitting services within 10 miles of Glendale, AZ 85308.
However, requests outside this service area may include additional travel fees.
Key Pick-Up and Drop-Off
If we need to pick up or return a physical key, a $20 per trip fee applies.
Real-Time Visit Updates
To keep you informed, every visit includes:
* An arrival confirmation message
* Photos or videos of your pet
* A written visit summary
* Notes on care tasks or anything noteworthy
What's most important is that you always know how your pet is doing while you are away.
Minimum Visit Requirements
To maintain health and safety standards, minimum visit requirements apply:
Cats: At least one visit every other day
Dogs:
* Three visits per day without a doggie door
* Two visits per day with doggie door access
These guidelines ensure pets receive adequate care, relief, and attention.
Meet & Greets
Your first in-home Meet & Greet is complimentary.
If additional Meet & Greets are requested, such as introductions with new sitters, a $30 fee applies.
Special Handling Considerations
Some pets require extra support, and we plan accordingly.
* Reactive or aggressive pets may require a $5–$15 handling fee per visit
* Bite history must be disclosed, and dogs may be required to wear a muzzle
* For safety reasons, services may be declined if a pet is deemed unsafe
In these cases, scheduled visit fees may still apply.
Holiday and Additional Fees
Only major holidays are observed. Holiday fees apply to the day before, day of, and day after each holiday.
* In-home holiday visits: +$15 per visit
* Overnight pet sitting stays: +$25–$50 depending on duration
Multi-Pet Households
Our base rate includes care for up to three pets.
Additional dogs or cats: +$5 each
Additional small pets: +$3 each
Cancellation, Holiday, and Scheduling Policies
To protect our team’s time and ensure consistent care for all clients, we follow clear cancellation, holiday, and scheduling policies. These guidelines allow us to provide reliable service while setting fair expectations upfront.
Non-Holiday Cancellation Policy
* 2 weeks or less prior to service start: 25% of the total invoice
* 1 week prior to service start: 50% of the total invoice
* 1–3 days prior to service start: 75% of the total invoice
* Within 24 hours of service start: 100% of the total invoice
Holiday Cancellation Policy
Holiday fees apply to the day before, the day of, and the day after the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
* 4 weeks or less prior to service start: 25% of the total invoice
* 2 weeks or less prior to service start: 50% of the total invoice
* 1 week prior to service start: 75% of the total invoice
* 2 weeks or less notice may require payment in full
Booking, Payment, and Service Adjustments
* A 25%–75% deposit is required at the time of booking, based on how close the service start date is
* Any reduction in scheduled services during an active stay is billed in full
* Reasonable service changes may be made without penalty if requested at least one week in advance
* Extenuating circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required
Because our schedule is reserved in advance and other clients may be turned away, these policies are necessary to protect our team and maintain dependable service for all pets in our care.
