2/14/27 Intermediate Dog Tricks Training Class, 10:30 AM is a 4-week positive reinforcement group dog training class in Peoria, AZ designed for dogs and handlers who are ready to build on beginner trick foundations. This class is hosted by FurBabies & Friends and focuses on cue fluency, creative trick combinations, confidence, focus, distance skills, and freestyle-inspired movement.

Intermediate Tricks is a fun next step for dogs who already enjoy learning and have basic trick foundations. This class gives dogs a productive enrichment outlet while helping handlers improve timing, cue clarity, transitions, and teamwork.

Class Goals:

The goal of this class is to help your dog better understand verbal cues, visual cues, body movement, and creative trick sequences. Dogs will practice individual tricks, transitions between tricks, and short combinations that improve focus, engagement, confidence, and handler communication.

This class is designed for pet parents who want to continue their dog’s training beyond basic obedience, explore creative movement, work toward future AKC Trick Dog goals, or simply give their dog a fun mental enrichment outlet.

Who This Is Best For:

This class is best for friendly, treat-motivated dogs who have completed Beginner Tricks and Freestyle, or who have equivalent foundation trick skills. Dogs should be comfortable working near other dogs and people in a group class setting.

Requirements:

• Pre-registration is required
• Proof of current vaccinations is required, including Rabies, Distemper/Parvo or DAPP, and Bordetella
• A signed release of liability is required
• Beginner Tricks completion is recommended, or dogs should have equivalent foundation skills
• Dogs must be friendly, treat-motivated, and safe in a group setting
• Bring high-value treats, water, and a standard leash
• Retractable leashes are not allowed

Schedule and Format:

This class includes 4 sessions over 4 weeks. Each session is 1 hour.

The class meets Sundays, February 14, 2027 through March 7, 2027, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
